This program is a progression for anyone who has completed Level 1 or women who consider themselves a non-beginner. Led by our experienced female trainers, you’ll be guided through strength exercises (different from Level 1) with personalized attention to ensure you feel confident and comfortable while working out. With a focus on proper form and technique, you’ll learn how to perform fundamental movements safely and effectively. More than just a workout program; it’s a supportive community where women come together to empower each other and celebrate progress.
