New McCain Centre opens Friday, May 29

Join the Mount Saint Vincent University community as we celebrate the opening of the new Margaret Norrie McCain Centre for Teaching, Learning and Research – the first building on a Canadian university campus dedicated to the accomplishments of women and a giant leap forward in the Mount’s 142-year legacy of helping students, and in particular women, succeed.

The McCain Centre is a student-oriented new building that is technologically advanced, environmentally conscious, accessible and boasts incredible basin views. (See McCain Centre fact sheet)

We will also be unveiling the Riva Spatz Women’s Wall of Honour at a separate event on May 29, prior to the building opening.
