Strategic Enrolment Management (or SEM) is a topic of relevance to virtually everyone, and everything we do, at MSVU. That’s because SEM is about taking a deliberate and targeted approach to enrolment that considers the whole of the institution and the overall student experience (academic and non-academic) from recruitment to program completion.
A SEM Plan identifies priorities to help direct resources in a way that has the most effective impact, while also ensuring that we remain focused on what matters to MSVU and its mission.
As we near the final stages of developing MSVU’s first SEM Plan (our shared five-year roadmap to ensuring the best possible student experience), the SEM Committee wants to provide one more opportunity for MSVU community conversation, including feedback on the draft plan framework.
To that end, our next Campus Exchange session will be all about SEM.
