The IT&S Help Desk is the primary point of contact for IT service and support at MSVU. Help Desk staff are available to provide support via phone, email and walk-in during posted hours. Contact us by completing the online service request form below or by:

After-hours support is available for reporting outages or issues with university-wide services only. Problems with devices and password resets are examples of issues not eligible for this service.

NOTE – Office hours close 30 minutes earlier June thru August
