Keep your information private by signing out of myMount and closing all browser windows when you are finished.  Always protect your username and password.

Use your Mount email address and password to log into myMount. The email address naming convention is: firstname.lastname@msvu.ca and may also include a number.Use your MSVU email address to login instead of your username.

The email Outlook app is one of the Microsoft Apps that students can access on myMount.  Access your MSVU email by logging into myMountVisit the Microsoft Help site to learn how to set up your email, and other Microsoft apps, on your Mobile device.

Applicants will gain access to email once they have been accepted into an MSVU program.

Your account will be deleted one year after your last course registration. This also applies to graduates who have not registered for a course after graduation. You will receive a notification via email approximately two weeks prior to your account being deleted. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to your OneDrive and email. Please back up or save any files you may wish to keep. You may still be able to use Microsoft apps which are downloaded to your device for up to 30 days, after that time they will go into read-only mode. Faculty and staff accounts are deleted on the last day of employment at the Mount.
