There are many factors which can impact your end user experience of the Mount’s high speed internet.

IT&S constantly monitor the network, however direct feedback from end users is invaluable in helping us ensure the resources are allocated appropriately.

After hours support: our helpdesk is open Monday to Thursday 8:30 am – 8:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, if you cannot access the internet outside of these times please let us know by calling the switchboard at (902) 457-6788.
