Welcome to Practice Speed Interviews at SHIFT Career Development 2025!
SHIFT 2025 takes place on Wednesday, January 15 and Thursday, January 16 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Rosaria Multipurpose Room.
You have received an email from shift@msvu.ca confirming your start time and your assigned group. You will receive a reminder text message for your start time from the Mount Mentors in the week of January 6 or January 13.

- Review your Practice Speed Interview Questions (PDF)
- Review the Feedback form sample (PDF) to find out how you and your interviewer will discuss your feedback.
- You will be handed two copies of the feedback to decide if you’d like to sign up for the Job Search and Interview Readiness Microcredential. The microcredential is 8-hours of self-paced materials and activities featuring videos, articles, and exercises to help increase your job search and interview readiness. It also includes a resume template, job search chart, and examples of cover letters using AI.
