Following a very successful first year, Mount Saint Vincent University’s Business & Tourism Department’s (virtual) Fireside Chat series will kick-off its second year on September 28, featuring new stories and perspectives from Canada’s business and tourism leaders. The webinars are open to all.
The first event for the 2021/2022 series will take place at 6 p.m. AT on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 and will feature governance and leadership guru and entrepreneur Deborah Rosati. Deborah is the founder and CEO of Women Get on Board, a 700+ member-based social purpose company that connects, promotes and empowers women to corporate boards.
The event will be broadcast live on Zoom. Advance registration is required; anyone interested in taking part can register here. Questions can be submitted to business@msvu.ca in advance for inclusion in the conversation.
About Deborah
Deborah Rosati is an award-winning champion of business, corporate governance and of women in governance, and a sought-after speaker and advisor. She is a valued Corporate Director, an accomplished entrepreneur, and a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant with more than 35 years of high growth and transformational leadership experience in the technology, consumer, retail, cannabis, life sciences, private equity and venture capital sectors. Presented by MSVU’s Business Administration and Tourism & Hospitality Management Department, the webinars are open to all and also designed to provide exceptional additional learning opportunity for MSVU Business & Tourism students.
