Application instructions for Undergraduate Application
*Important Information for new international students*
On January 22, the Government of Canada announced that all study permit applications (for undergraduate programs at all Canadian post-secondary institutions) will now need to be accompanied by an attestation letter from the Canadian province where you plan to study.
Applications are still being accepted from international students for fall 2024 admission to MSVU. If you are an international student and you have applied for an undergraduate program and are awaiting a decision, there is nothing more you need to do at this time. We will be back in touch about your application as soon as we can. Please note that there may be a delay in our response to your application.

Applications for September 2025 will open October 1st, 2024.
Review the following sections that apply to you to ensure your application is complete.

- Complete all sections of the Application for Admission.
- Submit a non-refundable application fee of $40 CAD for domestic applicants and $80 CAD for international (Visa) applicants (effective August 31, 2023). If you want to pay this online at the time you submit your application, please have your credit card information ready.
