A message from Interim President and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Ramona Lumpkin, CM:
“On behalf of MSVU, I am adding my voice today to all those marking the sombre anniversary of the death of George Floyd and reminding of the need to continue to fight anti-Black racism and oppression.
The brutal crime perpetrated against George Floyd is symbolic of a deeply rooted and far reaching issue that requires us all to stand up and speak out.
MSVU will continue to explore how we can be part of the change that is critically needed.”
