All activities conducted in teaching laboratory or research laboratory carries elements of risk. Mount Saint Vincent University’s Lab Safety Committee works closely with the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee to develop and deliver safety training programs and providing our community with best practices as well as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This helps to ensure the safety of our community as well as compliance with the various regulatory requirements.
